HOW IT IS APPLIED TO THE VALVES
The Faces of Individual
Valves are milled down. Only a Few Thou of Material
is removed to the thickness of the catalytic
coating. The Compression Ratio is unchanged. The GreenCoat®
as an all metal catalyst is thermally sprayed to
sustain an integral bond.
